iRobi Translation · Approval information

A quote you can share with management

Scope, billing units, price and deadlines in one quote.

This explains the approval process; it is not an offer at a fixed price. Your specific terms will be recorded in your quote.

Scope and languages
Materials, language pairs, purpose and recipient requirements. Subject and format suitability are confirmed during assessment.
Billing unit
Word count, pages with a stated standard or an agreed task. Both the unit and quantity must be clear before the price is agreed.
Deliverables
Translation, output format, layout work, terminology and agreed checks. Additional work is stated explicitly.
Deadline and start
Discuss the preferred date with your manager. The quote states the confirmed deadline, start conditions and dependencies on materials or approvals.
Payment
Amount, currency, applicable taxes, payment method and due date are agreed before work. Requesting a quote does not oblige you to order.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery format, acceptance and feedback procedures are recorded in the quote. New materials and volume changes are discussed separately.
Reasons to choose
Compare scope, billing units, responsibility and revision terms. The website outline illustrates a quote; client cases are published only with permission.
Company and payment details
Details will be provided when agreeing on the quote. Public details have not yet been confirmed.

What to include in your request

A test translation requires separate agreement on scope and terms.
